Policies
General Service Policy:
Any/all services performed by Benchmark Technology Solutions, Corp. are to be paid for in full at the time of services rendered/completion. Failure to do so will result in collection actions taken by Benchmark Technology Solutions, Corp., and any fees incurred by BenchMark Technology Solutions, Corp. will be passed onto the client for recovery.
Benchmark Technology Solutions, Corp. accepts Cash, Check, Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) and debit Cards with the Visa/Mastercard logo.Â
Any/all services performed by Benchmark Technology Solutions, Corp., are warranted for 15 days after the date of services rendered/completed & payment is taken.
Any/all services performed by Benchmark Technology Solutions, Corp. that are altered, tampered with, or modified in any manner by the client or any party other than Benchmark Technology Solutions, Corp. will void any/all warranties issued by Benchmark Technology Solutions, Corp..
Benchmark Technology Solutions, Corp. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. This includes but is not limited to, infestations (insect, rodent, etc.), obsolete hardware/software, and unreasonable client requests.
Benchmark Technology Solutions, Corp. must be informed of any damages, or alterations, before servicing the computer. Damages include but are not limited to: Liquid damage, drops/tumbles, crushing, subjected to severe altitude (in the cargo of an airplane), 3rd party/client tampering that results in damages, etc.
Passwords are the property and responsibility of the client and are NEVER saved or stored with Benchmark Technology Solutions, Corp. Therefore, the client is responsible for any/all passwords, regarding, creation, retainment, adjustment, changes, etc.
Data is the property and responsibility of the client. Client data should be backed up by the client prior to any service(s) performed/rendered by Benchmark Technology Solutions, Corp.. Benchmark Technology Solutions offers a data backup service for a fee. This backup is held temporarily by Benchmark Technology Solutions, Corp.. The duration in which Benchmark Technology Solutions, Corp. will hold the data backup is 15 days. At which time the data backup is then purged/deleted permanently from our storage facilities (other rules/restrictions may apply).
Appointment Cancellation Policy:
Any appointment canceled the day of the appointment will be charged a 50% service fee cancellation penalty (based on the original service rate scheduled for).
Any appointment canceled 24 hours before the scheduled time will NOT be charged a cancellation penalty.
Any appointment canceled must be rescheduled through our customer service department at (209) 914-3113
Any appointment canceled that involves part(s) installation, must be rescheduled through our customer service department and placed in a suspended status. (parts may go out of vendor return policy if the appointment is not rescheduled within 14 business days of the original part order date). If said part(s) go out of vendor return policy warranty due to a client rescheduling/cancellation, a 50% part cost penalty will be assessed to the client.
Parts Policy:
Any/all part(s) ordered through Benchmark Technology Solutions, Corp., must be paid for in full (including tax and shipping costs) prior to ordering. Any order over $200 (before tax & shipping) will be subjected to a pre-approval by Benchmark Technology Solutions, Corp. procurement manager.
Any/all part(s) ordered through Benchmark Technology Solutions, Corp. is subject to changes by the part vendor at any time. Therefore, any part(s) that have defective issues must be returned through Benchmark Technology Solutions, Corp.'s customer service department.
Benchmark Technology Solutions, does not warrant or install parts purchased by the client for a service that is being performed by Benchmark Technology Solutions, Corp.
Any/all parts ordered by Benchmark Technology Solutions, Corp. carry independent part warranties, by the vendor and manufacturer. Benchmark Technology Solutions, Corp. does NOT warrant parts.
Parts damaged in transit may occur. When this happens, Benchmark Technology Solutions, will contact the client and the vendor immediately and begin the RMA process. Additional fees may apply for returning damaged parts per the vendor's return policy.
3rd Party Data Rescue/Recovery Service:
Any/all 3rd party data rescue/recovery service is to be paid in full prior to sending the data device to the 3rd party for data rescue/recover.
Any/all 3rd party data rescue/recovery service is warrantied by the 3rd party data rescue/recovery servicer and not warranted or guaranteed by Benchmark Technology Solutions, Corp.
