Service provisions/exclusions:

• Manual Virus Removal (MVR) service will be aborted if, the hard drive begins to fail at any time during the MVR service. Another solution will be presented and pricing adjusted for the new service.

• Any/all parts for any service, must be present at the time of service appointment (provided by the client, or pre-ordered by BTSCorp.. Any/all parts provided by BTSCorp., will be subject to additional cost to the client. Parts included, but are not limited to, cables, adapters, printers, ink, paper, drives, software, cloud services, etc..

• An ISP (Internet Service Provider: i.e., Comcast "Xfinity", At&t "U-verse", Unwired, etc.) must be already be active and in-service at the time of any/all service appointments. Minimum ISP speeds: Download speeds of 25 Mbps and upload speeds of 5 Mbps are required in order to complete any/all services. BTSCorp. is NOT an internet service provider or distributor. 

• Only the scheduled service is to be conducted at the time of the remote service. Any other services are subject to additional costs/fees to the client. 

• Remote hourly rate is billed at 1 hr. minimum and additional time is then billed at 15 min. intervals thereafter.

• Senior Citizen pricing/discounts: Applies to 55 years of age and older.

• First Responder pricing: Applies to Police, Fire, Ambulance personnel. Must present ID or proof at time of appointment.

• Military (Active Duty/Retired) pricing: Applies to all branches of our armed forces. Must present military ID or proof of service at time of appoinment.
